Exprivia has been able to boast technological and development skills in Radiology services since 1992 when it commenced its suite of products in the medical field.

In particular its technological areas of competence concern:

  • Radiology Information System (RIS), used in Radiology Departments to handle flows of patient-linked data. RIS functions allow the management of the so-called “reporting process”, i.e. the series of actions or events ranging from the patient’s approach to the structure, to producing the report that is the object of the radiological investigation.

  • PACS is the English acronym for Picture archiving and communication system This is the computerised system for the digital archiving of radiological images and their transmission and display on dedicated workstations, linked via the IT network.
