Finally, in 2005, Exprivia was awarded the Special Expertise Partner SAP NetWeaver certificate, proof of the on-going technological updating that characterises the company.

Exprivia puts its skills at the disposal of companies for the implementation of Business intelligence projects for the study, analysis and processing of corporate data, with the main aim of making each item of data homogeneous and useful for defining strategies to increase profits and construct advantages in terms of competitiveness.

Business Process Outsourcing

Business process outsourcing services with a high IT content (that is, labour-intensive company processes to be automated with IT tools and technologies) fit into a highly structured range of services tailored for specific markets, adding to and consolidating Exprivia’s core business.

Exprivia accepts responsibility for outsourced management of a process or part thereof in accordance with a series of performance parameters agreed on  with the Customer (Service Level Agreement – SLA) and a level of risk.

Processes or components thereof which are end to end and can be handled autonomously entirely under Exprivia’s responsibility are isolated from the entire chain of production. These processes are handled in complete integration with the Customer’s ICT infrastructure. This service is completed by management of service users, with direct outbound and inbound telephone contact, taking on problems and identifying solutions through the process of IT management system procedures
