The History
Exprivia is the brand name with which the new AISoftw@re has presented itself to the market since 27th March 2006. The company was founded during the second half of 2005 from the merger of two leaders in the ICT market: AISoftw@re and Abaco Information Services.
AISoftw@re was established in 1983 as AIS as an entrepreneurial venture of Prof. Francesco Gardin, with the aim of developing software solutions aimed at supporting complex decisions for the banking world.
Abaco Information Services was established in 1988 by a group of young graduates from Bari University, animated by a common interest in information technologies, with the aim of designing and developing custom software, specialist consultancy and systems integration.
Exprivia is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since August 2000 in Milan and, since September 2007, the MTA market segment STAR
