Solution for the treatment of non-structured information

DeepKnowledge is an in-house solution designed to support the phases of acquisition, organisation and exploitation of the explicit know-how found in the non-structured information of specific domains (need for training) developed using the Natural Language Processing techniques specifically designed to be simply integrated in pre-existing applications (corporate portal, document management system, content management system, customer relationship management system, etc.).
DeepKnowledge offers the possibility of integrating in the ECM systems functions dedicated to the acquisition, organisation and exploitation of know-how found in corporate information sources, interpreting them in their context, identifying every possible causal relationship between them and classifying them according to their interpretation, thus creating a true corporate knowledge base.

The following vertical applications have been created within the sphere of intelligence activities:

  • GeoInfoFinder is a solution specifically designed to be integrated in GIS systems, making it possible to obtain information about any object visible from a satellite – in compliance with that established by the STANAG 3769 standard (minimum resolved object size and scale for imagery interpretation) – starting from specialist catalogues and/or sources available on the web. GeoInfoFinder finds application in support of a wide spectrum of activities, such as, for example, those relating to monitoring for agriculture, the environment and the territory, to management of internal security and national defence.
  • Market Web Scan carries out a continuous and incremental analysis of the WWW in search of sites that give new information about the products and services of a given company, rather than those relating to the competition. Market Web Scan assists in obtaining and inspecting the contents of web sites, forums, blogs, mailing lists and chat lines to get a better understanding of custom satisfaction level and the reputation of the brand of its own company and to keep the competition under constant control.
  • Web&Mail Scanner allows automatic and constant inspection of the web in search of potentially fraudulent sites, analysing their content (both in English and Italian) and the structure. Similarly, using e-mail “decoy” boxes, it can analyse the content of mail messages, automatically identifying possible messages instrumental to fraudulent actions (e.g.: phishing, pharming, brand spoofing…,)
